DCHS Homecoming Week Chili Lunch
Wednesday, September 21st– 5:30 – Need Youth to assist unloading all Chili supplies
**Can Cokes will already be delivered and at the church thanks to John Jones.
Thursday, September 22nd– 7pm– DFUMC- need 6-10 Good Workers
Tasks will include:
- Load coolers and ice drinks
- Cut and portion Desserts- Wrap and put on trays
Friday, September 23rd– 7am– till 3pm at the latest:
o 1st shift for 7a-11a – 10 to 12 people needed
o 2nd shift 11a-3p – 10 to 12 people needed
Tasks will include:
- Help in Cooking Chili
- Help to portion chili after cooking
- Help Packing the Delivery lunches to go
- Help to Deliver- Need 7 -8 Drivers
- Help in Serving for onsite orders
- Help in Selling Tickets at the Door- Need 2 separate ticket tables
- Help in Cleaning up after
